PRIVATE MEMBERS TERMS & AGREEMENTS

It is highly encouraged that you ACTUALLY take the time to read through the following details, as these are not your ordinary Terms & Agreements.

We are all about reclaiming your personal power, responsibility and sovereignty, and as such, reading through the following will empower you to make the right decisions for yourself and ensure you have sound awareness of how we choose to operate this Association and all services therein.

All Private Members recognize, acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Agreements:

1. By becoming a Private Member, you acknowledge that you are in your own right and private capacity as a man/woman and not as an agent or representative of any government or non-government agency or organization whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act, statute, legislation or otherwise where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation, or whose purpose is to regulate the practice of medicine and healing modalities.

2. You understand that any Private Member who provide services and care do so in the capacity of a fellow Private Member and not in the capacity of a licensed healthcare provider.

3. You understand that within the Association, no “doctor-patient” “facilitator-client” or any other iteration of such relationships exist, other than a “Private Member-Private Member” contractual relationship within the Association.

4. Within all contexts of the Association you choose to operate outside of the Public Domain, as a Private Member of the Association.

5. You understand and agree that we do not make any claims, promises or legally binding commitments, and that there are never any guarantees when working with any healing modality, whether Eastern, Western, shamanic, alternative or otherwise. By making the choice to engage in any services, you understand and agree that you take full responsibility, unlimited liability, and total risk and care for your health and the outcomes that follow.

6. You understand that it is entirely your own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to you by fellow Private Members and to educate yourself as to the efficacy, risks, and desirability of such offers.

7. You enter into this agreement of your own free will without any pressure or promise of a cure, and the acceptance of any services or care is your own carefully considered decision, free from coercion or duress and that you make your decisions freely and of your own autonomy.

8. Any request by you to a fellow Private Member to assist or provide with any services or care is your own free decision in an exercise of your rights and made by you for your potential benefit.

9. You understand and agree that any products or services shared or offered, whether entertainment or otherwise, are not covered by any insurance, and that all services and information shared are educational, and that nothing constitutes as medical, legal or financial advice.

10. You understand and agree that any product or service that you give money to is a donation for its production and NOT a purchase.

11. You will not use any product or service or any other means to intentionally cause any other Private Member or the Association harm, be it physical, spiritual, emotional, or financial (including but not limited to bringing any type and/or form of legal proceedings against the Association and/or other Private Member of the Association).

12. You understand and agree to act and communicate honourably towards other Members of the Association. For the avoidance of doubt, “Acting Honourably” in this context means that if you were to describe people or actions as honourable, you mean to acknowledge a baseline level of respect and esteem given to all Private Members, with the quality of knowing and doing what is morally right.

13. By becoming a Private Member you hereby agree that any questions, concerns, sharings or matters will be communicated and dealt with privately without the inclusion of any external institutions, corporations, governments or governing bodies operating within the Public Domain.

14. If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through private negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by peacemakerequity.com under the Peacemaker Equity Clauses and Rules before resorting to arbitration.‍

15. You agree to hold other Private Members and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such services or care, except for harm that results from instances of a clear and present danger that raises to the level of substantive evil with malicious intent as determined by the Association, in which case these disputes and reports will be handled through the Peacemakers Equity.

16. To maintain the privacy of all information, services, and Private Members of the Association, you agree not to seek any remedy for relief in the Public Domain. You agree that your violation of any part of this Private Members contract would result in a no contest legal proceeding against you.

17. Your activities within the Association are a private matter and you lawfully refuse to share any related information with the Public Domain, the FDA, TGA, Medicare, insurance companies or any other public corporation, including government agencies, without the express permission of the Association.

18. All records and documents remain as property of the Association. The Association retains all rights exclusively over its property, products and services. All personal information provided by Private Members is strictly confidential. If you want to have your data removed or to cease communication, you can make this request by contacting us via email.

19. Any changes regarding your personal information including but not limited to health status, medical details, psycho-emotional state of being, or spiritual orientation, will be disclosed prior to attending any services, whether immediate services, future services or subsequent services.

20. By filling out any pre-screen intake forms or providing any personal information, you give your word of honor that all details and responses are true and accurate, and you have not provided misleading details regarding your personal information, intention, health condition, medication/substance status, or any other section of the intake form, by misstatement or omission.

21. Any and all information shared or provided within the Association are not to be shared with any member of the public, without express permission of the Association. All services for Private Members only. Any passwords used to access any information related to these services, or any password shared via email for use on this website, are solely for Private Members access and use. You will be responsible for the security of your password. You are not permitted to share your password with others.

22. All Members acknowledge and accept the exclusive right of the Association to change the Terms & Agreements at its discretion, and your ongoing use of any services subsequent to any changes represents your acknowledgement and acceptance of all renewed Terms & Agreements. The Association will endeavour to communication such changes with all Private Members.

23. The Association reserves the right to cease any and all services, and terminate any and all members contracts for any breach of these Terms & Agreements, or at the Association’s sole discretion.

24. All Private Members understand and agree that all donations are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Specific details regarding donations will be disclosed for each specific service prior to commencement.

25. In the unlikely event that we must postpone an offering or service due to extreme weather, acts of God, natural disasters, or any other reason, we cannot guarantee a refund, however your donation may be used as credit for a later date.

26. In the event that any service or offering is postponed or cancelled, no Private Member of the Association, or the Association itself, will be held liable for any additional expenses that may have already incurred during the organization or preparation of attendance, such as airfare, travel, or any other costs including but not limited to processing fees or currency discrepancies between time of booking and cancellation or postponement. The option of travel insurance resides entirely on each Private Member to organize to be adequately covered in the case of such events.

27. You understand that you can withdraw and terminate your members contract within the Association at any time. Cancelling your contract in no way (a.) waives the adherence to the Terms & Agreements of this contract, (b.) refunds any Private Members donations, nor (c.) cancels any private contract entered into between other Private Members.

28. All Private Members agree to abide to all Terms & Agreements at all times.
